INITIAL CONTACT

From the moment you contact us, our professional Sales & Production Team will listen closely to determine the specific type of event enhancement you’re looking for.  We will then suggest the best available options to suit your wants, needs & budget... as well as offer creative direction to make your Experience Totally Epic!

PRE-PRODUCTION

Once locked in, we will begin the Pre-Production Process for your event experience.  This includes everything from branding, design & creation, staff scheduling and “day-of” logistics planning with your venue to ensure everything runs smoothly and your event is a one-of-a-kind success!

EVENT DAY ACTIVATION

As your Event Day arrives, our team is fully prepared and excited to ROCK your event!  We arrive promptly on time to load-in & set up our pro camera, lighting and / or backdrop gear.  As doors open, your experience will be 100% ready for guest interaction!  Our friendly & professional staff are trained to not only operate the equipment flawlessly, but to also engage with your guests to make sure they are having a BLAST and will remember your event for years to come!

POST EVENT FOLLOW UP

Ok, so your event was Awesome and your Guests LOVED our Interactive Experience!  Now what?  Post event, our Team will provide you with ALL Deliverables (i.e. Photo / Video Content Captured during the event, Available Data Capture and / or Sharing Metrics, etc).   A follow up phone call will also be made to answer any questions you may have and to make sure you are happy with our service!
