Each and Every Year Heidi Klum and her team commission NYC Photo Party to build-out a Custom Step & Repeat / Media Wall for her famed Annual Halloween Party in NYC! 2023 was no different… except for one major change… Heidi wanted to go MASSIVE!!! To accommodate her super unique Halloween Costume, and vision for a Show Stopping Party Entrance & Performance outside of Tao Groups Marquee Nightclub on 10th Ave, she requested to have a backdrop larger than we have ever produced! The request was for an over-sized Step & Repeat standing at 20’ Tall X 50’ Long that would need to remain OUTSIDE and withstand the October evening elements.
Our Solution
The task was surely a bit daunting for our Team, as we knew we had to construct a framing system & method that would look Very Sleek while remaining secure, sturdy and most importantly… SAFE and Hazard Free! But with Year’s of Experience, our dedicated Production Team went to work and designed & fabricated a structural system that secured & fastened tightly to the building to ensure safety and provided a clean & smooth looking JUMBO Backdrop that worked PERFECTLY! And as usual, Heidi Klum Stunned the Media and her party guests by showing up as the body of a Peacock, with a team of Professional Cirque du Soleil performers that made-up the rest of her costume as the Peacocks Feathers! This “multi-person” Halloween Costume was nothing short of Brilliant, and so was the gravity defying Cirque performance that accompanied it! Soaring 15 + Feet in the Air, the Cirque performers looked Amazing against our 20’ Tall Backdrop! Simply put… our premium step and repeat elevated the spectacle of Heidi Klum's Halloween party to new heights, ensuring a night to remember for all who attended!
